Refund policy

Refunding Original Canvas Paintings:

Any order has a 5 day (from date of delivery) 100% money back guarantee for any reason, unless specified that the product is excluded (currently only commissions). This refund does not include any possible customs fees as I am not responsible for those. The painting must be returned in good condition and the return shipping fees paid for by the customer. When I receive the painting, the refund will be processed. Regardless, please contact me for any reason at any time in case there is something I can do, I want you to be happy!  

If you want to cancel an order on any mini or original painting, it should be done before the order has been shipped, and a maximum of 24 hours after the order is placed, although the order may ship quicker than 24 hours. Email me at info@nicolasabtanart.ca

If an order is lost or shipped to the wrong address, this is not my liability, you must ensure you provide the correct shipping address. I can make changes before an order is shipped but not after. If you order internationally, the only services that offer insurance are International Parcel Surface and Xpresspost.
